Marcel Escolano’s personal and artistic experience as an eccentric clown, juggler, trapeze artist and acrobat and his family roots in the baker’s trade provide the stage material for this show. This creation is nurtured by the values of sharing and respect, the generational relationships between children, parents and grandparents in the circular path of life that returns to its origin. A tribute to the ancient nomadic cultures and crafts. A eulogy to the desire to be touched and moved, to learn and experience in freedom, placing value on the potential of the individual.

The company was formed in autumn 1991 at a meeting of circus and street theatre artists. Pioneers in the introduction of the flying trapeze into street circus shows, Los Galindos burst onto the national scene in 1992 and have performed worldwide since 1995. Their approach to training and technical innovation has prompted them to work and share experiences with many professional lovers of the art, while they have also been able to learn from such great exponents as Rogelio Rivel, Joan Armengol, Jean Palacy and Geza Trager. Led by Michel Dallaire, Los Galindos are a model all over Europe for street circus, where circus technique is placed at the service of theatre.
