Lali Ayguadé’s second full-length show is a physical piece with a strong theatrical component; U an MI explores the transformation of individuals and groups, the differences in each individual that enable and facilitate this transformation. And it also looks at how people cope with unavoidable circumstances, emotions exposed to the community, memory, the passing of time, reality and imagination. U an MI is the second of three pieces that will make up a trilogy.

Dancer and choreographer Lali Ayguadé Farró trained at the Institut del Teatre and at the P.A.R.T.S. school run by choreographer Anne Teresa de Keersmaeker. She has worked for the companies of leading choreographers such as Akram Khan, Hofesh Shechter, Roberto Olivan and Marcos Morau/La Veronal. In 2010 she was nominated outstanding dancer at the London Critics’ Awards. She participated as lead actress in the short film Timecode, which won a Palme d’Or at Cannes. Her first big show, Kokoro, was staged in 2015. It was co-produced by the Mercat de les Flors.
