Cossoc is an hypnotic choreography filled with suggestive images of what two bodies in constant balance can do. A duet between dance and circus, a movement research about the complexity and simplicity of a relation. A window for observation and curiosity of the audience, a border between a public and private space.

Anamaria Klajnšček (Slovenia) and Magí Serra (Catalonia) met in 2018 inside a creation process of Trama by Roser López Espinosa and then, in 2019, they decided to start their collaboration. Since then, they created their full-evening duet Cossoc (premiering in spring 2021), with which they have already toured nationally as well as internationally. In 2020, they created a short dance film Cossoc, which has been presented in quite some international video dance festivals and they also created a workshop, with which they want to bring their practice closer to both professional and amateur dance contexts. Anamaria Klajnšček is a dancer and choreographer. She worked for a German company TanzMainz (creating pieces with Sharon Eyal, GN/MC, Guy Weisman & Roni Haver). She is now working as a freelancer with different choreographers like Roser López, Pere Faura or GN/MC, as well as doing her own work. Besides touring with Cossoc, she is now creating a solo, which will premiere in autumn 2022 in Slovenia. Magí Serra is a performer and creator based in Barcelona. He’s a versatile performer working for many of the choreographers more active in the Catalan scene, such as Roberto Olivan, GN/MC, Roser López, Lali Ayguade or Sònia Gómez. Six years ago, he started creating his own projects. Besides touring with COSSOC, he is touring with “La mesura del detall (solo) and Brots Transhumants. He is currently creating a new solo dance call Condens.
