IDN - IMAGE, DANCE & NEW MEDIA

A research project looking at creative thinking and practice, with the participation of choreographers, film directors, editors, cameramen, directors of photography and obviously dancers and performers. Launched in April 2013 with the filming of Bach by María Muñoz-Mal Pelo it continued in December 2013 with a meeting to prepare the filming of four shows: three of the Capricis by Àngels Margarit Mudances; Landscape by Claudi Bombardó; an excerpt from A place to Bury Strangers by Roberto Olivan, and the duo from the show La esperanza de vida de una Liebre by Mal Pelo. We filmed the first two shows just before the end of 2013 at the Graner, last March we went to the region of Los Monegros to film Liebre, in June to the Ebro Delta to film Roberto Olivan’s choreography and, finally, in December 2014 we made a shortversion of Ultrainocencia by Loscorderos Sc in 3D stereoscopic format.

We will present the results on the Saturday, with a round table where we hope to reunite all the participants and share thoughts and experiences with the audience.

This will be followed by the screening of the five pieces (for technical reasons the 3D film will be presented on the Sunday in a special session), together with Fil, by Roser López, which is not part of the project but nonetheless has many elements in common.
