A priori, we relate the fact of putting on music and dancing in a certain way, usually pre-established or at least with notions acquired from pop culture, but what would happen if instead of imitating, we did the dance. This is where we zoom in, on movement and on the concept that everything is danceable, everything is dance and everything is movement. Well, this concept is an invention, a longing, a will to go beyond the predictable and it is also a tool to discover what we can do with our individual and collective bodies. The participatory collective body that forms part of a common good.

Sònia Gómez is a dancer, performer and choreographer. He studied Contemporary Dance and Choreography at the Theater Institute (Barcelona) and P.A.R.T.S Brussel.les, Belgium. Since 2004, he has been working on projects whose thematic axes are the construction of identity, but also the discovery of certain social impostures through art and the impostures of art through the body and performance. He has performed in: Spain, United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, France, Estonia, Portugal, USA, Brazil, Mexico, Holland, Colombia, Chile, China, Czech Republic and Canada.
