In this constellation you have the chance to meet a collective of ingenious and fun women, whose personal language is playful and profound at the same time. Big Bouncers is a collective that was formed in 2012 by the creators Cecilia Colacrai, Anna Rubirola and Mireia de Querol, and whose objective is to develop a common practice, with an interest in investigating stage languages and making them more profound. From the beginning, their work has developed around three action axes: the creation of scenic pieces, the creation of ‘site specific’ performances for non-conventional spaces, and pedagogy.
The Big Bouncers have invited the choreographers Iris Hitzinger, with whom they worked on the La Bolsa project, and João Lima, who collaborates on projects with Cecilia Colacrai and Anna Rubirola.
