After many years directing and choreographing shows, Boza returns to the stage with a poetic piece that connects past and present, exploring the capricious interplay between oblivion and memory and providing space for the voices of different generations of women. El salt del cérvol was inspired Boza’s own retrospective research project entitled Els ponts de la memòria (Bridges of Memory) about her career and its links to the present. She will be accompanied on stage by the accordionist, performer and electronic composer Edurne Arizu, as well as by the online voices of younger artists.
Director and founder of the dance theatre company SenZa TemPo (1990-2017), Inés Boza is a founding member of the La Caldera creation centre (1995) and promoter of the community dance workshop Besòs Creació (2013). She has had a prolific career directing and writing creative shows, in co-production with theatres and/or international festivals.
