CÉCILE BROUSSE I MANEL SALAS PALAU

Recommended for children over 3 years old

What is a floor? Why is the sea blue? Can you see the moon and the sun at the same time? These questions are also exclamations, philosophy linked to living emotions. Allà aims to experience the world on a child-sized scale, sliding from one landscape to another, marvelling, seeing the horizon, pursuing it or immersing ourselves in it, in a space in constant transformation between bodies and materials.

Manel Salas Palau has studied hip-hop, mime, butoh, acrobatics and improvisation. He has worked with various companies and choreographers from all over the world, including Paper Tiger, Julyen Hamilton, David Zambrano, Àngels Margarit, Arno Schuitemaker, Edita Braun, Cobosmika Company, Ramon Oller and Jasmine Morand.

Cécile Brousse’s work deploys a network of relationships involving dance, somatic practice, performance, installation, writing and radio. She has worked with artists such as Cuqui Jerez, A.I.M.E/Julie Nioche and Javi Cruz, and is a regular guest artist in pedagogical contexts at various European institutions. She is currently an associate artist with the Dorothy Michaels collective.
