The company describes this show as an exploration of circus, puppetry, masks, lighting effects, video and psychological thriller. In play is the body of a woman, who surprises us, deforming and recreating herself endlessly. At the centre of a much larger scene, there is a Chinese pole, the pillar upon which everything rests, sustaining and dissolving a being on the boundaries of what is human, between its own limits and infinity. The faces hidden one beneath the other, the thousand personalities that are created and destroyed, love and hate. The fragments of the self that each of us can recognise onstage.

La Víspera is a Spanish company formed in 2020 in Granada by Vinka Delgado, a plastic arts  and circus performer, and Diego Hernando, a professional sound, video and lighting technician. Their work explores an unusual mixture of circus language, masks, prostheses and puppets. Their first two shows, La identitat de Vesania and Murmullo have won them notable recognition at a national level. With Fragments, winner of the  2024 edition of the European platform Circus Next, the company has broadened its horizons to continue developing its project and its deeply surreal universe, which is also graphic and comical.
