laSADCUM

El Mercat has yet to co-produce me Navaja presents a scenic self-portrait about sex-affective poetics in the self-learning dictated by the algorithm in SADCUM adolescence. Five characters called LOINKS embark on a three-act (un)journey, set in a half-programmed abandoned demo. Winner of the DansaCat 2024 award for Best Show and the Pedra Viva 2024 award.

laSADCUM is a Barcelona-based dance project founded in 2019 by Guillem Jiménez that investigates and reflects, through choreography, on the influence of the digital world and virtuality on the behaviour of post-internet society. laSADCUM has produced four performance pieces, two small-format and two large-format. It has also held two exhibitions, workshops and curatorial programmes, as well as various collaborations with artists and institutions.
