Alone woman on stage tries to examine, through movement, our self-preservation instinct. From an intense relationship with sound vibration, she evokes her most primitive side to display different physical states, with which she demonstrates extraordinary plasticity and great resistance. Colacrai pushes her body to the limit, subjecting it to a constant transformation with a desire to examine finitude and the future of our species.

Dancer, choreographer and teacher Cecilia Colacrai has been researching different aspects of dance since 1997. A member of Big Bouncers Collective and Group LaBolsa, she also collaborates with choreographer João Lima. In 2005 she created her first solo piece, Sola?. She has worked with artists such as Thomas Hauert, Joan Català, Jorge Albuerne, Emmanuel Grivet, Toni Mira – Nats Nus, Montse Colomé, Alexis Eupierre, Sebastià García Ferro, Gabriela Barberio and the Gabriela Solini company, amongst others. She is a teacher at Institut del Teatre de Barcelona (CSD), Moveo physical theatre school and on the SUDANSA project.
