The defence of the uniqueness and exceptionality of each person is the starting point of this scenic ritual of five diverse bodies that are articulated around the opposition between the normative and the different, the everyday and the strange, the ordinary and the unexpected, beauty and ugliness. Norma is a defence of individuality, exoticism and what is out of place. A party of rara avis.

Independent choreographer and dancer Antonio Ruz is one of the most outstanding in Spain in his field. He has had an important career as a dancer in major companies such as the Víctor Ullate Ballet, the Ballet du Grand Théâtre de Genève, the Ballet de l’Opéra de Lyon and the Spanish National Dance Company. In 2009 he created his company, with which he has performed numerous shows. He won the Spanish National Dance Award 2018 in the category of Creation. In addition to his own pieces, he collaborates with international companies such as the German companies Sasha Waltz & Guests and Tanz Kassel. Since 2024, he has directed La Normal Centro Coreográfico in Córdoba.
