In a world permeated by noise and haste, this show reminds us to listen to the murmur of the trees, the heartbeat of our surroundings and the silent poetry of existence. Through dance, a space is created for reflection, connection and, ultimately, recognition of the beauty that thrives both in the forest and within us. An appeal to nature.
Pau Aran trained in various dance styles, from Latin rhythms to classical ballet and contemporary dance. He joined the prestigious ensemble of the Tanztheater Wuppertal – Pina Bausch in 2005, where he played a leading role until 2020, continuing on as a guest. In the same year, he began his fruitful artistic collaboration with Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui. Since 2013 he has been working on his own choreographic creation, producing remarkable works.
