In this personal performance, the choreographer questions identity in a totally globalised world in order to go beyond the norm. This creation is a pivotal exercise, an attempt to be true to oneself, to speak from the game of the inner child that accompanies us all our lives, to unmask the fears of failure that hold back the genuine. And it does so from the flamenco roots that move this creator.
After working as a performer in several companies, Daniel Rosado started the Lamajara project in 2013 with the intention of bringing together dancers and artists from other disciplines in the search for a new body language. Lamajara produces its own projects under three premises: diversity, a committed view of reality and sustainability. His shows are characterised by his careful work with materials, voice, symbolism and the poetics of images.
