This is the third solo from French choreographer Pierre Rigal and tells the story of a man who tries to fill the immensity of his essential space. It’s an intelligent piece that lies somewhere between theatre and dance, and deals with the relationship between objects and image using humour and delicacy.
Pierre Rigal originally trained as an athlete then later studied maths, economics and cinema. Encounters with choreographers like Nacera Belaza, Philippe Decouflé and Wim Vandekeybus eventually drew him into the world of dance. In 2002, he joined the company of choreographer Gilles Jobin, and the following year founded Dernière Minute.
