L’inizio, by Compagnie Chriki’Z, is a pictorial fresco full of life. Choreographed between shadows and portraits, it is both a sketch and a lively dance. In this piece, the title of which is inspired by a work by Michelangelo, Amine Boussa and Jeanne Azoulay intertwine past and present, the legacy of humanism and hip-hop dance.
Under the direction of Amine Boussa and Jeanne Azoulay, Compagnie Chriki’Z develops a style that gives way to the search for and the demands of movement, both performative and minimalist, but always incarnate.
