BIG BOUNCERS

On this trip through an ecosystem, all kinds of creatures, shapes, colours and sounds might appear. Jungla is a show for all ages where you see bodies that are camouflaged, bodies that shine, float, bounce, stretch and constantly change.

Big Bouncers is a collective of ingenious and fun women, whose personal language is playful and profound at the same time. Big Bouncers was formed in 2012 by the creators Cecilia Colacrai, Anna Rubirola and Mireia de Querol, and whose objective is to develop a common practice, with an interest in investigating stage languages and making them more profound. From the beginning, their work has developed around three action axes: the creation of scenic pieces, the creation of ‘site specific’ performances for non-conventional spaces, and pedagogy.
