Relaxed sessions are functions where a more relaxed and welcoming atmosphere is created, with more tolerant rules regarding audience movement and noise. They may also involve minor adjustments to the show (lighting, sound…) and to the reception of the public, in order to better adapt to their needs.
The relaxed sessions aim to include people with special needs in the shows, for example people with social interaction difficulties or extreme sensitivity to sensory stimuli.

We are reprogramming Tempo in a new version that features live music. Toni Mira’s choreographic universe is back on stage, but this time with young dancers. The show Tempo investigates how different musical rhythms affect us emotionally and how these emotions are transformed into movement. A personal exploration in which the choreographer allows himself to be invaded by the energy and the way of interpreting dance of the new generations of dancers. Tempo wants to invite the public to connect the body with the imagination and memory, evoking experiences and emotional situations that we have all felt at some point listening to or dancing a bolero, a waltz or a jazz piece.
Choreographer, dancer and actor, Toni Mira has become a leading figure in theatrical dance. Since the eighties he has been at the head of the company Nats Nus Dansa. He won the Ciutat de Barcelona Award in 2009 and the Catalan National Dance Award in 2010. One of the hallmarks of all his creations is his great sense of rhythm, as well as the precise and imaginative use of stage space, mixed in with a remarkable dose of humour and visual poetry. His conception of dance has led him to develop projects with a social impact in schools and prisons. Active and founding member of La Caldera.
