Woman as the protagonist of her own history. In Pisadas, fin y principio de mujer, the artist breaks away from established codes and proposes a re-encounter with tradition, origins and celebrations. Thus, popular festivals and rituals lie at the heart of this show, where Pericet is accompanied by such renowned artists as Juan Carlos Lérida in the flamenco dance.

Born in Cordoba and qualified in Spanish and flamenco dance, and also a connoisseur of contemporary styles, Olga Pericet is one of the leading representatives of the current flamenco renovation. Since 2004 she has worked unceasingly all over the world. She has shared the stage with figures such as Ana Laguna, Lola Greco, Nacho Duato, Enrique Morente, Isabel Bayón, Joaquín Grilo, Merche Esmeralda and Carmen Cortés. “Pericet is undeniably charismatic and a dazzling technician”, according to The Washington Post.
