Morning Gloryville, a morning proposal to charge energy for the workday

Morning Gloryville is an energising, pre work morning activity to prepare yourself for the day ahead.

Morning Gloryville is a movement that offers early morning, healthy raving for everybody! The idea is that whilst dancing to uplifting electronic music you can also enjoy artistic creativity and healthy exercise.

Barcelona launched the MG project on 12th June 2014, becoming the second city after New York to join forces with London where the project was born in 2013. From it’s early beginnings in London, what was a local experiment in healthy raving is becoming a global phenomenon with now 18 cities participating including París, Tokyo, Amsterdam, San Francisco, Bangalore, Sydney, Berlin, Montreal, Los Angeles, etc. In a very short space of time thousands of participants all over the world have become connected and united in this exciting and ever evolving project. This will be Barcelona’s sixth edition and the second in El Mercat de les Flors.

On Thursday 16th July the party will start with electrifying music, liberating dances, artistic interventions, exquisite breakfast and relaxing massages.

From 6.30am until 10.30am in the ticket price will be included; the sensational music of both international and local DJ’s, various types of massages (6 massage therapists will be available), Dynamic Yoga, a consultation with Dr Love (psychologist of the heart), creative performances, dancers and a dance floor. The aim of Morning Glory is to awake the body and mind and have a magnificent day.

Suitable for all members of the public, the organisers of Morning Gloryville maintain that dancing is the best physical exercise possible and just letting go and allowing your body and mind to find and move to their own rhythm is the most wonderful of ways to harmonise these elements of the human being.

Anytime is a good time to come but we strongly recommend that you come for at least and hour!

Morning  Gloryville is a sober party so no alcoholic beverages.
